ISTC requests suspension of grey market in its shares with immediate effect
Irish company International Securities Trading Corp PLC (ISTC) has requested Goodbody Stockbrokers to suspend the operation of the grey market in ISTC's shares with immediate effect. According to reports its investors include Denis O'Brien, developer Paddy Kelly, Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean FitzPatrick and Smurfit chief executive Gary McGann and glass-to-insurance tycoon Sean Quinn.
