Verizon, Vodafone Announce 4G Plans
Verizon Wireless announced it will begin moving toward Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology for its fourth generation (4G) network. Verizon Wireless is not making the move by itself, though. Vodafone, which is also part owner of Verizon Wireless with Verizon, will also be moving toward the 4G technology.
