Tabata Couplets. Do intervals of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 6 rounds at each station. Take 1:10 rest between stations. 1. kettlebell clean/jerk x right/left 2. airdyne or rower/burpees 3. box jumps/slam ball 4. ring rows/pushups.
