BBC NEWS | Technology | Web 2.0 'neglecting good design'
Nielsen is a turd. Why didn't he mention that there are design concepts employed in web 2.0 sites that have actually done good things for the field of usability? All I can say is check out how unusable his site, www.useit.com, is. Unusable and ugly too. And old fashioned. Yuck. He's right though, some Web 2.0 sites fly in the face of convention and can throw people off...which is a problem.
