Toughening of Sex Law Is Rejected by Court - NYTimes.com
A New Jersey appellate court panel dealt a blow on Tuesday to scores of municipalities in the state that had sought to toughen Megan’s Law in recent years by restricting where sex offenders could live. The panel said that such local ordinances conflicted with the state’s landmark law.
