> Not only did we come face to nose with Asslee Simpson last night, but Pepperez also had a run-in with Princess Frostylocks and The First Reich!!! Talk about awkward! The scene of all the drama was at Scott Sartiano's club G-Spa, where Jessica Simpson was hosting the after-party for her record release soiree. Before Ass and before Jess, we first came upon Joe Simpson, who was playing door Nazi. Thankfully for us, when Jess waltzed in with her posse, she personally invited us in to the private soiree, despite the fact that ''media'' was not allowed inside. Thanks, bitch! ''My dad's just being like that because you joke about Aslee Ash,'' said Jessica. And, to our surprise, Ashlee herself later told Perezzzz, ''You can still call me Asslee.'' Good. We were planning on it! But, it is refreshing to see she does have a sense of humor about herself. And so does Jessica! The Simpson gals picked up their chutzpah from mom Tina, who was also in attendance and dancing up a storm with Ken Paves. Momma Simpson was very motherly and shared some touching stories with Pretzel about life in Texas back in the day, when she was a young mother. Perez wants to be a mom too. And, he will! Within the next two years, get ready for the real Perez, Jr.! Jessica was thrilled about the release of her new album, A Public Affair (out this week), and despite the suggestion of her doctors, she had to go out and celebrate the big day. Simpson was also very excited about her upcoming MTV special, which airs next week. ''I cried,'' Jess revealed exclusively to us. Simpson had a group of fans visit her recently while she rehearsed, and they had the opportunity to ask her some questions. ''It got very emotional,'' says Jess. ''I really feel like I could open up to my fans, and I'm very excited for them to see it.'' And, little sister Asslee is very excited about her upcoming role in the London production of the musical Chicago. That is definitely happening, and Ass is in NY rehearsing for the show. Ashlee and her assistant, Nicole Finn, revealed that they both dig PerezHilton.com and read it regularly. Someone else who reads PerezHIlton.com is Lance Bass, who we tried to avoid like the plague (or Rachel Zoe), but he and Reichen came over to say hello to Jessica. We exchanged a few words (polite) and it wasn't as drama-filled as we would have expected. Sigh of relief. Princess Frostylocks & The First Reich were getting their drink on and hanging out with their new tennis buddies, Lauren ''LC'' Conrad and Heidi Montag, both of MTV's The Hills. Original fruit fly, Shannon Elizabeth, was also there, and she was thrilled when we told her she has moved up from the F list and onto the C list. And, she was even happier when we told her Tara Reid was off the list completely! Our good pal, Pete Wentz, was also in the hizouse Tuesday night, as were many members of his posse. Jesscia's crew was definitely out in full effect, including Paves, stylist Jessica Paster, colorist Rita Hazaan, makeup maven Mary Phillips, her new assistant Adrianne, her cousin from Texas - who works for her dad's management company, and many folks from her record company. Also spotted: Brandon Davis and Scott Storch, who produced Fired Up off Jessica's new album. Prior to G-Spa, we were at Mark & Eugene's party at Little One 12 to hear DJ A.M. spin. Before that, we headed to P.M. for Kelis' VMA party. It was an evening of insane party-hopping, and we also managed to make it to Diddy's party at Bungalow 8, celebrating his cover of Nylon Guys, which drew the likes of Cassie, Babyface, Regie Miller, Ja Rule, David Blaine and lovebirds Vanessa Carlton and Stephen Jenkins (of Third Eye Blind). Earlier on in the evening, we headed to Jessica's first record release party at The Roxy, put on by our friends at The Strategic Group. It was a rollerskating affair, and Perez even strapped on a pair and hit the rink! We began the night yesterday at Sephora in midtown, where the cosmetics emporium was throwing a party for Mya and JoJo, whom we LOVE. That little girl can sing! Our day was just as action-packed as our night yesterday. We hit up the amazing Style Villa, where we loaded up on the goodies. Taking over five floors of the Bryant Park Hotel, the Style Villa was truly amazing. And, it was the result of the combined efforts of some of our favorite people: Matt Heien, Lori Levine, Jim Manino, Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck. We were lucky enough to get some snazzy stuff from Klipsch Audio Group, Folonari Pink Pinot Grigio, Rock Bands, G-Star, Freeze 24_7, Ray Ban, Marc Ecko, Bacardi, Hanes, Penguin, Smartwater, and Apple Bottoms. A total SWAG whore, Pigez also hit up the Polaroid Lounge - put on by Fingerprint Communications and held at Marquee, where he picked up some really cool Dolce & Gabanna shades, Lia Sophia jewelry, and we were able to (finally) pick up the new Sidekick 3 from T-Mobile and get it bedazzled in pink, of course. And, one of the brightest highlights of our day was stopping by the studio of jeweler to the stars Sol Rafael, where we picked up some brazilliant items to wear to the VMAs on Thursday. We gonna be blinged out, mothafuckas! Our outfit is gonna be just as fierce, and we can't wait for the big show. This week is pretty insane. Thankfully our refrigetaor is fully stocked with Red Bull! Mr. Pete Wentz, Asslee and Peepeerez The Gossip Gangstar molests the Moon Man at the Yahoo-sponsored rollerskating record release party for Jess. Our homies: Vinnie Potestivo, Jessica Meisels and Jamie Lynn Sigler with Perez, outside the Gansevoort Hotel. The absolutely delighful, JoJo, who revealed to Perez that the second single off her new album, which is due out later this fall, may be a Scott Storch-produced uptempo jam.
