Yale Information Society Project
The Information Society Project (ISP) at Yale Law School is an intellectual center for the study of a new age in which telecommunications and intellectual property are central determinants of the structure of society, the development of human culture and democratic legitimacy. The ISP was founded in 1997 by professor Jack Balkin in order to study the implications of the Internet, telecommunications, and the new information technologies on law and society.
