Roy Orbison, A Lawyer, A Pretty Woman, And The Cartoonist
Cartoonist Rick London allowed the Roy Orbison estate to use one of his parody cartoons (of Roy) so that his widow Barbara could create a Christmas card. Five years later the Orbison estate attorneys in Houston were ready to file suit for his using the image. That law firm was in for a big surprise.
