Searchles, the place to be !
I discovered Searchles just a couple of weeks ago and I’m already addicted to it! Searchles features a clean, organized design, and is very entertaining. It was with the creation of my Searchles account that I realized that it’s more than just another social networking site. We all know the hype about Facebook. But Searchles explores new territories that connect you with people in a way that phones and e-mail never could. Searchles is the common platform we were all waiting for. what drew me to searchles was this concept of a "forum for knowledge exchange" and how that forum can be confined in focused groups. i'm hoping that more people with my interests (copyright law and neuroscience) will join searchles so that we can make full use of this well-organized forum. i also use searchles to keep up with current events since i don't have a lot of time to pick up a newspaper.[Reply]

I have enjoyed using searchles to not only interact with certain users who add interesting posts but to stay informed about important current events both in the US and abroad. I like the design of the site because I can search for stories that are narrowly tailored to my interests because I can search the topic grps that I like and search posts of users that I like. I'm glad I found searchles![Reply]

As he said, comparing Searchles and Facebook is like apple and orange, but I can clearly see why it is important for me to spend more of my time on searchles than facebook or other social networking sites.[Reply]

I agree. They are not comparable. However, as a 35 years old professional woman, I just don't see any value in facebook for me. I used them for a few month. Nothing came out of it. They are not bad, but it just didn't offer me anything. Like Anthony, I am also addicted to searchles at leas 2 hours each day. No need to say why, I think the article covered it all.[Reply]
