Next, fire Steve Balmer, hire about 50, 20 year old kids right out of MIT and start thinking again instead of reacting to what Google does. Lastly, MS has enough money in the bank. Stop all development, pull Vista from the shelves and go create the best OS there is and then give everyone that bought a copy of Vista the new OS for free.
