Where to Eat a Great Fast Food Lunch in Hawaii
There are, of course, great upscale restaurants on Maui, Oahu and the Big Island, but even a luxury family vacation in Hawaii can use a little cheap fast food. This place is my favorite: It's a small, local chain, using fresh and healthy ingredients, and biodegradable disposable cutlery.
