    This has been the problem with US foreign policy all along. They always support and fund the wrong government to achieve their short term goals without examining the long term result. Classic Example: We funded Saddam in 80s to kill Iranians. We funded Osama to kill Russians. etc. We both know how it went with these two guys. Musharaf of Pakistan and Mobrak of Egypt are next.
