Ex Sprint Employee - Hundreds of Horrifying Acts
Note: For two years I worked in an out/inbound call center that took payments and collections for Sprint and Nextel. First hand I witnessed literally hundreds of horrifying acts committed this company.

HR 1424 Earmarks (Pork) and the Congressmen Who Sponsored Them
Note: Below are five of the more unusual earmarks (aka Congressional Pork) in H.R. 1424, the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 [Bailout 2008]. You may notice several names pop up quite a bit in them, including Senator Max Baucus.

Bailout 2008 – Hey Congress Stop Robbing Peter to Pay Paul
Note: American’s are already taxed at every turn and the few tax breaks included in the bailout package aren’t going to help. I firmly believe that if the bailout package is signed into law, eventually Congress is going to realize that they have indeed robbed Peter to pay Paul.

Easy Way to Stop Web Form, HTML and Comment Spam Injections
Note: For Webmasters (block Spam Injections) - According to Bots vs Browsers much of the script injections are taking place in the User Agent (UA) Browser field. I wrote a quick SSI Script that blocks script injection strings that are tucked into the UA.

Bailout 2008 - Is Congress Finally Listening to Constituents?
Note: I for one am glad to read the news that the $700 Billion dollar bailout was voted down today. The greedy bankers that drove their companies into dire straits should go down with their ships. No golden parachutes for you. What should be done is throw the CEO's and board of directors in jail and throw away the keys.

SQL Injection Attacks - A Wasted Sunday
Note: It is a never ending battling securing networks from abuse and attacks. Just this last Sunday (9/21/2008) morning I spent most of the morning shoring up our network from SQL Injection attacks, rather than enjoying morning worship services at my church and relaxing during the afternoon.

Note: During *FAMILY* hour your commercial spot appeared in the CW's premiere of 90210 on September 2nd. The program presented a teenage boy receiving oral sex from a classmate in his high school parking lot.

Is MerchantCircle.com Stealing your Customers or Traffic?
Note: What I did not like is that MerchantCircle.com's listings appeared before my clients own websites. From a business standpoint, this is not good as it may dilute the company’s visitors, provide erroneous information, and take potential search engine traffic away from the company. Not to mention potential trademark and tradename infringement.

Sprint: Sprint Extends Yet Another Contract Without Permission
Note: Sprint signed David up for a two-year contract without permission after he transferred his service between a Motorola RAZR 2 and a Sanyo 8400. David owned both phones when he made the transfer last month, long after his contract had expired.

I've Been Threatened by Northern Leasing's Attorneys Over a SUCKS Domain I don't own
Note: Today Saturday August 9, 2008. I receive a letter in the mail from Moses & Singer LLC of New York. (non-certified mail too I might add). To cease operation of "northernleasingsucks.com", a simply check of the Internet WhoIs would show that I do not own that website.

Court: Sprint affiliate can proceed with legal action against Sprint/Clearwire deal - FierceBroadbandWireless
Note: A Delaware court is allowing Sprint affiliate iPCS, the operator's larger affiliate, to move ahead with its legal action against Sprint and its planned WiMAX joint venture with Clearwire. However, the court won't allow two other iPCS subsidiaries, Horizon PCS and Bright PCS, to joint the legal action.

Sprint Really Sucks Blog
Note: 1996 Sprint/Nextel spun-off local land line division..now known as Embarq..In order to save money, Embarq terminated 14,500 retires health insurance in 2007. Sprint & Embarq now involved in a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT.

Deal Journal - WSJ.com : SK Telecom Should Hang Up On Sprint
Note: Surely, there are better places for SK Telecom to put its money than a troubled American wireless company. Sprint Nextel isn’t just operating in a saturated and highly competitive market. It is struggling in that market.

Note: I just read in the news that Sprint did an audit and discovered that they overpaid millions of dollars in taxes to a city is going to refund what they overpaid. When I find out I overpaid, I get the short end of the stick from Sprint.
