Palin disputes finding that she abused power
Note: Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin denied today that she had abused her power as Alaska's governor, a conclusion reached by a state investigator in a report released the day before.

Brodeur stopped a penalty shot and finished with 25 saves and the Devils spoiled Scott Gordons NHL coaching debut with a 2-1 victory over the New York Islanders on Friday night.
