Banksys in Town (or Is He?) and Hes Setting Up (Pet) Shop
Note: The rumors are true: Banksy is ” or was, or has been ” in town, and hes doing more than just painting, or hiding. For the last few weeks aficionados of street art have been atwitter with sightings of work by this secretive British artist. Several of his murals, all featuring giant rats, have popped up on walls and billboards in Lower Manhattan.

Note: Nima Nourizadeh graduated from Central St. Martins College of Art & Design with a BA Hons in Fine Art Film & Video in 1999.Nima went on to make his breakthrough video for Hot Chip's 'Over and Over' in 2005, a hilarious tongue-in-cheek deconstruction of the pop promo-making process, which caught the attention of the media and cult-like following from fans.His videos for Lily Allen (LDN & Littlest Things) established Nima as a ground breaking talent to reckon with. He went on to deliver the stunning, Roger Rabbit homaging video for Mark Ronson's hit single 'Oh My God', featuring an animated Lily Allen, designed by cult Parisian illustrator Fafi.Nima's latest promos include a hilarious promo for the stars of the HBO cult show 'Flight of the Conchords', and one for Santogold, noted in Music Week as 'a brilliant video that takes this song to another level', and nominated for an MTV European Award at the 2008 EMA's.Nima also received 5 nominations at the 2008 Music Video Awards in the UK, including Best Director.
