The Best Tech Tools and Fitness Plans to Get in Shape
Note: This isnt a How to lose 200 pounds in a year article, but it could be. Despite the proliferation of diet plans and expensive exercise equipment, the key to fitness is and always will be healthy eating, portion control, and a solid exercise routine. Spoofing on Batman: 9 Best "Dark Knight" Parodies on YouTube
Note: Many directions were taken here in Dark Knight parody world - Borat, Chris Crocker, Home Alone, the Election, Christopher Walken...each one special, each one humorous. Some are just straight up trailer spoofs but given all the hype surrounding this here movie-film, it's well deserved.

Note: New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Microsoft Corp co-founder Bill Gates pledged an additional $375 million on Wednesday to fight what they called a global tobacco epidemic.

Grayjing = Smoggy Beijing
Note: Grayjing is the nickname given to Beijing for it’s serious air pollution problems. Most of us have heard about by now the unusually smoggy conditions polluting Beijing’s (population 11 million), air - but seeing the conditions makes you wonder if the Chinese are going to be able to pull off their so called "blue sky days" during the 2008 Summer Olympics scheduled to start August 8th. Government claims have previously stated that the number of "blue sky days", when smog levels are lower than normal -less than 100 on a scale of 500 API (Air Pollution Index), has increased to around 240 days annually.

McCain Gets History Of The Surge Wrong, CBS Doesn't Air Footage
Note: Hot off the Press: "During a CBS interview on Tuesday, John McCain made a stone cold error on a subject about which he claims expert knowledge: the "surge" strategy in Iraq. In an interview with anchor Katie Couric, the Arizona Republican said, inaccurately, that the surge strategy was responsible for the much-touted "Anbar Awakening," in which Sunni sheiks turned against Al Qaeda, helping in turn to reduce violence in the country."

But the videoconferencing technology, known as telepresence, delivered an experience so lifelike, Ms. Smart recalled, that “10 minutes into it, you forget you are not in the room with them.”
