Note: REO bank foreclosures pulled down property values in Worcester, Massachusetts to their lowest level in over 15 years. Valuation for single-family homes dropped by 12 percent to $206,517.

Note: The number of Fort Lauderdale foreclosed homes in the July-September quarter was still higher than the total number during the same period last year by almost 35 percent largely because of foreclosure actions on underwater mortgages.
