Sarkozy Says Iran Takes `Major Risk,' May Cause Israeli Attack
Note: Sept. 4 (Bloomberg) -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy said Iran is taking a ``major risk'' in developing a nuclear program that may provoke an attack by Israel. ``Iran is taking a major risk in continuing its process of obtaining nuclear weapons, which we are certain is happening,'' Sarkozy said today in Damascus, Syria. ``One day, whatever the Israeli government is, we can imagine ourselves one morning with an Israel which would have attacked. That would be a disaster.''

Note: FTP:Which brings us back to Hurricane Gustav. While it's unlikely that the GOP will totally undo the damage that the Bush years have wrought to its brand, the Republicans will likely attempt to show the public that during an election year they can at least try to govern in a manner that isn't wholly reminiscent of the Keystone Cops.

Cuba detains rocker, will try him for 'social dangerousness'
Note: The Cuban rocker whose biting profanity-laced lyrics against the Castro government has previously gotten him in trouble is now in detention and expected to face trial Friday, according to human rights groups in Havana.

Veoh Prevails in Infringement Lawsuit
Note: A California court has dismissed a copyright infringement case against Veoh, ruling that the Digital Millenium Copyright Act could not possibly require sharing sites to be solely responsible for vetting the content they host.

Great Live Wild Animal Webcam Shots
Note: I found this amazing site via a friend of mine who had a summer job there doing some research. If you click onto the webcams they give you thirty second refresh pictures at three water holes which are located in South Africa's National Parks. So far I have seen many zebras, elephants, baboons, wildebeast, lots of different deer, a few giraffes and best of all two male lions who made a visit late one evening. Do give this a try if you enjoy seeing wild animals as they visit for a drink.
