Note: It was the ninth-highest scoring performance in Orlando summer league history, and true to his form, Beasley wasnt the least bit impressed. Could have played better, Beasley said. Could have got a couple more assists, made a couple extra passes, got a couple more rebounds, could have got a couple stops early on.

Activision-Vivendi Games Merger Draws Near
Note: Activision shareholders today are expected to approve a merger with Vivendi Games that will allow the deal to close within days and create a new top dog in the fast-growing video gaming world. The terms of the deal, first unveiled in December, valued the new Activision Blizzard at $18.9 billion.
