All forum and chatroom users will be required to make verifiable real-name registrations, while internet companies will have to make their search algorithms public to improve transparency.

Digg’s Recent Bans and the Limits of Crowdsourcing
Note: Several weeks ago, Digg made online headlines when it banned several dozen of its users, some of which were among its most highly ranked contributors (including Reg “Zaibatsu” Saddler, who by some metrics was the #3 Digg user of all time).
