Cal Dive Acquires Helix Energy
Note: Cal Dive International, an energy services company with headquarters in Houston, Texas, has acquired Helix Energy, a provider of reservoir and well technology services to the upstream oil and gas industry, based in Aberdeen, Scotland, for US$31 million.
