Stress Increases Miscarriage Risk
Note:
There's a link between miscarriage and levels of a PCOS mother's cortisol during the first 3 weeks of pregnancy. Cortisol is a stress hormone produced in response to stress. Too much cortisol increases miscarriage risk. Excess cortisol is also destructive to your body and adds to abdominal obesity. The solution? Reduce your level of stress.
