Note: If the separation anxiety isn't enough, teens headed to university have to face a scary fact: They've got no choice in a first-year college roommate. But that doesn't have to spell dorm doom, according to a study from University of Michigan researchers.

First Bill Gates/Jerry Seinfeld Advertisement. Where’s The Microsoft?
Note: Those Jerry Seinfeld Microsoft advertisements started today. CrunchGear’s Doug Aamoth recorded the first ad during the Giants/Redskins game and put it up on the site. This is reportedly a $300 million ad spend. Seinfeld gets $10 million.

NFL Facilities Turn to GuestAssist by qtags to Improve Fans Game Day Experience
Note: With the NFL season set to kick off, fans of the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens now will have a new high-tech means to communicate with stadium security, medical and guest services officials. Washington's FedEx Field and Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium will be two of at least nine NFL venues rolling out a new text-messaging communications system called GuestAssist.
