Note: XstreamHD promises 1080p video beamed right to your home... If XstreamHD has their way, gone will be the days of 720p/1080i being the highest quality broadcast/satellite video signal available for consumers. The upstart company today announced their new transport network technology that will allow the delivery of 1080p HD video and 7.1 channels of lossless audio directly to users homes. George Gonzalez, President of XstreamHD. says his network is independent of existing infrastructure, allowing the transfer of Full HD video and lossless audio to the home more efficiently than any existing network.

Buzzy Kerbox - Big Wave Surfer
Note: Buzzy Kerbox is another guy who is GREAT at what he does. I did this profile on him in Hawaii a couple of years back. It was my first chance to shoot "tow-in" surfing, and includes footage of the infamous "Jaws"-- a giant series of waves off the coast of Maui. Besides being world-class at what he does, Buzzy is as nice a guy as you'd ever want to meet. He is a fantastic ambassador for his sport. If you ever get a chance to hang with him, take it!
